Technical data: Printable solvent- and PVC-free polyurethane film, matt, white, laminated on a heat-adhesive layer which is in turn laminated on a paper carrier; Thickness (+/-5%): Heat-adhesive layer: 80 microns, paper carrier: 135 microns for cotton - polyester - polycotton - coated nylon/polyester (depending on the chemical composition of the waterproof coating); Transfer conditions: Pressure: Medium; Heat pressing without overlapping: Coated nylon: 1. First press: 150°C/20 seconds, remove tape if required, 2. Second press: 150°C/10 seconds, protect with baking paper during pressing; Other textiles: 1. Perform a preliminary test for each new textile, 2. Print and plot the positive image using solvent/ecosolvent colours, 3. Transfer to the textile using UNITAPE 600 application tape (with liner), press: 140°C/10 seconds, iron on: After printing, cutting or plotting (on the positive side) and weeding, use UNITAPE 600 application tape to transfer the image to the textile. Protect the iron-on tape with baking paper, set the iron to a low or medium temperature. Do not use steam.
