Details
Technical data: Environment-friendly solvent- and PVC-free polyurethane coating, recyclable paper carrier, laminated between a transparent self-adhesive paper carrier and a heat-adhesive layer, thickness (+/-5%): Heat-adhesive layer 80 microns, paper carrier 125 microns, suitable for cotton, polyester, polycotton and coated nylon/polyester (depending on the type of waterproof coating) | Transfer conditions: Pressure: Medium (depending on the type of press used), carrier removal: warm to hot peel, heat pressing without overlapping - coated nylon (perform a preliminary test for each new textile): 1. Press - 150°C/10 seconds and remove the carrier film when cool, 2. Press - 150°C/30 seconds and protect with baking paper, other textiles: 130°C/10 seconds, heat pressing with overlapping - coated nylon: No overlapping; Other textiles: 1. Press - 140°C/10 seconds, 2. Final press - 140°C/10 seconds, protect with baking paper, iron on (A4 designs): After cutting or plotting (reverse side) and weeding, use an iron (at a low or medium temperature) to iron on the image or text with circular movements, working from the centre outwards - do not use steam; Remove the carrier film after cooling, use baking paper during each press to protect the film from direct contact with the heat plate, store the film at a mild temperature in a dry place and protect it from direct sunlight | Wash resistance: Do not wash until 24 hours after pressing; Do not use bleach or aggressive detergents; Iron on the reverse side; Wash temperature: Coated nylon: 40°C, other textiles: 60°C | Very easy and precise weeding, even for small letters | Short pressing duration at low temperatures: 130°C/10 seconds for cotton, polyester, polycotton etc. (special parameters for coated nylon) | Universal heat-adhesive layer with durable bonding to all textile types | Elastic and strong polyurethane that does not wrinkle after multiple washes | Quick-bonding carrier film that allows stacking and easy handling of weeded designs | 100% "Made in France", with European raw materials | Free from PVC, plasticisers and heavy metals | When applying to sublimated polyester, it is recommended to use Blockout Soft (PT601N) with a blockout layer to prevent sublimation colour
