Technical data - Transfer film: PU-/PVC, cast/Adhesive: polyurethane-hotmelt/Thickness [mm]: 0.12 +/- 10%/Liner: PET film, non-adhesive | Transfer conditions - Temperature: 160°C/Pressure: 2.5–3.0 bar [medium pressure]/Time: 15 sec. | Wash resistance: 60°C/Use only colour-safe and mild detergents/Wash textiles inside out/Suitable for tumble drying | Printing: True sided | ULTIMATE PRINT MATT 4025 is a heat-sealable, printable PU-/PVC textile transfer film (opaque white, 120 μ) suitable for light and dark textiles. | ULTIMATE PRINT MATT 4025 is equipped with an adhesive with a transfer temperature of 160°C. | Please note that a higher transfer temperature may have a negative influence on the print quality. | Due to a special top coat, the film offers excellent wash resistance. | ULTIMATE PRINT MATT 4025 offers a high print resolution with a semi-matt finish and has a pleasantly soft textile feel. | ULTIMATE PRINT MATT 4025 is compatible with all current inkjet printers using ECO-solvent and solvent inks. Due to a newly developed, non-adhesive PET film liner, even very small letters and motifs can be easily cut by a CAD/CAM plotter after the printing process and subsequently weeded. | We recommend the use of POLI-TACK 854 + 870 for transfer and as a protective cover during hot transfer. | The transfer film is used for motifs and logos on sport, leisure and work wear. | Fabrics that have a water-repellent finish or waterproofing are not suitable for heat transfers. | We recommend carrying out an application test on original materials. | Due to the various influences resulting from the production and transfer of the transfer film, the nature of the materials and the washing and cleaning conditions, product liability can only apply to unprocessed materials.
