Technical data - Transfer film: viscose flock/Adhesive: copolyester-hotmelt/Thickness [mm]: 0.56 +/- 10%/(standard) liner: silicone-paper, white | Transfer conditions - Temperature: 160°C/Pressure: 2.5–3.0 bar [medium pressure]/Time: 15 sec. | Wash resistance: 40°C/Use only colour-safe and mild detergents/Wash textiles inside out/Suitable for tumble drying | SOLVENT-FLOCK 5905 is a heat-sealable viscose flock (white, 560 μ) which is suitable for direct printing with ECO-Solvent and solvent inks. Due to the special fibre impregnation, a photo-realistic print resolution with radiant colours is achieved. The liner on the hotmelt side allows motifs and logos to be cut by all current CAD/CAM plotters after printing. | The flock has excellent cutting and weeding properties and demonstrates excellent washing resistance. | Suitable for printing motifs and logos on sports, leisure and work wear. | Fabrics that have a water-repellent finish or waterproofing are not suitable for heat transfers. | We recommend carrying out an application test on original materials. | Due to the various influences resulting from the production and transfer of the transfer film, the nature of the materials and the washing and cleaning conditions, product liability can only apply to unprocessed materials.
