Technical data - Transfer film: Polyurethane design film/Adhesive: polyurethane-hotmelt/Thickness [mm]: 0.055 +/- 10% (gold); 0.055 +/- 10% (silver)/Liner: PET film, self-adhesive | Transfer conditions - Temperature: 160°C/Pressure: 2.5–3.0 bar [medium pressure]/Time: 15 sec. (3 sec. post-pressing) | Wash resistance: 40°C/Suitable for tumble drying/Wash textile inside out | POLI-FLEX® IMAGE are transfer films with a fashionable design and unique surface finish. The environmentally friendly polyurethane film offers excellent resistance to washing and cleaning and is pleasant to the touch. | POLI-FLEX® IMAGE is suitable to transfer onto textiles like cotton, mixtures of polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic. | POLI-FLEX® IMAGE can be cut with all current plotters. We recommend using a standard blade (45°). Once it has been weeded, the cut flex film is transferred using a transfer press. The PET film should be removed only after cooling down to room temperature. | Nylon and textiles with hydrophobic impregnation are not suitable for heat transfer. In this case, L-Flex Nylon T500 should be used. | We recommend carrying out an application test on original materials. | Due to the various influences resulting from the production and transfer of the transfer film, the nature of the materials and the washing and cleaning conditions, product liability can only apply to unprocessed materials.
