Technical data - Transfer film: effect film, retro-reflective/Adhesive: polyurethane-hotmelt/Thickness [mm]: 0.175 +/- 10%/Liner: PET film, self-adhesive | Transfer conditions - Temperature: 160°C/Pressure: 3.5 bar [medium pressure]/Time: 15 sec. | Wash resistance: 60°C/Suitable for tumble drying/Wash textile inside out | POLI-FLEX® Premium Reflex is a fabric-based transfer film with retro-reflective properties that is suitable to transfer onto textiles like cotton, mixtures of polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic. | Suitable for lettering on T-shirts, jerseys, sports & leisure wear, sports bags and promotional articles. | The reflective layer consists of metallised glass microspheres that are coated with a heat-activated adhesive on the back. Due to the lamination of a transparent PET film on the reflective side, the film can be cut with all current plotters. We recommend using a standard blade (45°). Once it has been weeded, the cut flex film is transferred using a transfer press. Remove the PET film while warm. | Nylon and textiles with hydrophobic impregnation are not suitable for heat transfer. In this case, L-Flex Nylon T500 should be used. | POLI-Flex® Premium Reflex consists of directly mirrored, open glass balls. The photometric values (minimum reflection values) comply with the standard EN 471 (performance level cl. 2) | We recommend carrying out an application test on original materials. | Due to the various influences resulting from the production and transfer of the transfer film, the nature of the materials and the washing and cleaning conditions, product liability can only apply to unprocessed materials.
