Polyurethane (PU) flex film with sublimation barrier layer and optimal coverage | Adhesive carrier | Especially for the printing of functional clothing and softshell jackets | Easy cutting and weeding | Suitable for multicolour proofs | Temperature: 130°C, Time: 10 sec., Pressure: medium, (#4–6 on Hotronix®), Peel: cold | Recommended fabrics: 100% polyester, 100% sublimated polyester, polyester-cotton blends, polyester caps, polyester mesh | Multi-colour designs: Apply background for 3–5 sec. peel carrier cold, repeat process for each additional colour, apply last colour for 18–20 sec., peel carrier cold | You should always test cut prior to any production run, cutter settings will need to be adjusted as the blade ages | For optimal cutting and weeding, maintain a line thickness of at least 2.5 mm for lettering and logos | Washable up to 40 °C | Do not use fabric softeners or bleach | Suitable for drying with gentle adjustment | Can be directly ironed | Store in cool, dry area; avoid direct heat and sunlight
