Polyurethane (PU) flex film with matt surface and optimum coverage | Ideal for plotting larger motifs and numbers, as the material has a non-adhesive backing | Suitable for multicolour proofs | Temperature: 160°C, Time: 10 sec., Pressure: medium, (#4–6 on Hotronix®), Peel: cold | Recommended fabrics: 100% cotton, 100% polyester (Test before application), polyester-cotton blends | Multi-colour designs: Apply background for 3–5 sec. peel carrier cold, repeat process for each additional colour, apply last colour for 18–20 sec., peel carrier cold | You should always test cut prior to any production run, cutter settings will need to be adjusted as the blade ages | For optimal cutting and weeding, maintain a line thickness of at least 1.5 mm for lettering and logos | Washable up to 60°C | Do not use fabric softeners or bleach | Suitable for drying with gentle adjustment | Washing and ironing inside out | Store in cool, dry area; avoid direct heat and sunlight
